The application and the services provided therein, are offered to you subject to your acceptance to all terms and conditions contained in these regulations.

The user can change his voice before and during the conversation, according to the preset sounds.
The user can play sounds during call
The "FunCall" app costs is time-based and is Calculated based on the duration of the call, according to the prices presented in the app.
The user can record the calls.
2. The use of application:
You are not to use FunCall in any way that might be illegal or unlawful under local and international laws.
You must remove FunCall from your device if you have any doubts
You are responsible to check legality of call recording in your country and remove FunCall if it is not permitted by law.
Application management may suspend, block or immediately cease use of the service if you violate the Terms of Use.
Application management may revise the terms of the regulations from time to time.
Do not use the application for any use for illegal purposes.
The Company may at any time disclose any information required according to law enforcement and government.
No post or transmit through the application any information that is is false, offensive, defamatory, threatening, abusive privacy of others, pornographic , sexually oriented , racist , or illegal .
You are solely responsible for the correctness of information you post or transmit through the app. Application management does not accept any responsibility for the contents transmitted.
Not be used for commercial application by sending advertisements or any other way.
You declare that you know that the management has no ability or opportunity to review, sift or filter the subscribers using the application.
In no event the application management shall have any liability connection results stated, without limitation damage to physical, mental, financial, emotional, and others.
by using the App You allow us to send you updates by e-mail or in any other way. If you do not want to receive them anymore you will let us know about it in a reply to our correspondence.
3. General:
The management intends that the application and services will be available at any time. However, application management is unable to commit to continuous availability without incident and without "faults". Management may also stop the service from time to time for the purposes of maintenance and its organization. Not given any monetary compensation / credit due to malfunctions or service interruptions.

This App uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites and apps (including Google) to previous visitors to our App. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven't completed a task on our App or haven't used it for a while. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone's past visits to the App. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

4) Invite Rewarding
The SMS/Email invite option on the iPhone app and Android older versions have ID limitations so all invite rewards will be granted base on the user ID (primary Email/mobile/other). Rewards will be given only to the first user to invite the new potential user, and only if user id match the invited address.
At some Android Version invitation is based on entering the inviting user code by the invited user so that both earn a gift call. Therefore only if the invited user enter the correct code the gift calls are Awarded.
